Hello, my name is…
Jenna C. Westby
I graduated in 2006 from law school and entered private practice family law. After a few years I had the opportunity to clerk for a family law judge in Hennepin County and get an inside look at the way the Court operates. Most recently, I completed training as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve. I spent the winter at the Army’s Law School learning various topics of law unique to the army and issues in family law and estate planning unique to soldiers.
Allison Marshall
I started out clerking for a district court judge in Washington County. After a few years, I opened up my own solo law practice and focused on family law. I have been involved in many family law volunteer and community organizations in my practice. After a few years of running my own firm, I am now joining with Jenna in this new (ad)venture called LEGALnudge. I am very excited to be a part of developing this resource for self-represented and under-represented individuals in family law.
