Don’t get me wrong. Spending ANY money on legal services can be a stretch for some people. There are some situations, however, that require hiring an attorney. Situations such as a divorce, a custody case, a child support dispute or similar is often the time when people seek out legal guidance.
Our firm was started because we realized there just were not a whole lot of options for people who don’t qualify for legal aid, but also can’t afford (or don’t want to pay for) an attorney on retainer. At LEGALnudge, “affordable attorney” is not an oxymoron.
We offer a list of potential services that clients may need along with estimated beginning price points. Much of these services offer clients the option to do some of the work themselves with some guidance from an attorney in order to keep costs down. Or, the services can be combined to address those parts of your case that are most frustrating or difficult to do on your own. If these options don’t work for you, we also offer the option of an individualized flat-fee quote depending on your needs.
Ultimately, we are here to work with clients to come up with a plan that works within each individual budget. You will understand your costs up front before deciding whether to hire our firm.
